Twelve Bens Cup 2010
Welcome to the Twelve Bens Cup 2010
Only 36 days away from the season starting. I will be using this blog to post team scores and standings. There will also be a score board in the back room of the Bens.
Each team must play once a month at a designated course, format and tee.
June-Waverly 2 man best ball from the golds
July- Pinehills Jones 2 man chapman from the whites
August- Atlantic 4 ball from the blues
September- Butterbrook both scores count from the blues
The cost is $100 per man and each team must be paided in full before the start of their 3rd round.
Each player will use whatever their handicap is the day they play. We will be using a 2 flight system for the 1st two rounds. Waverly will be 35% of player A(lower handicap) and 15% of player B(higher handicap). Pinehills willbe 60% of A player and 40% of B player. The final two rounds at Atlantic and Butterbrook will be 100% of each players handicap.
The scoring system will be the total of the 5 scores your team posts(final round both scores count)
The top 3 teams will win money.
1st $1200
2nd $400
3rd $200
Each team will email their scores to me, Loring and Morrison after their rounds. Each team must play with 2 other Bens Cup players for the round to count
